Pamela Jay is a natural voice empowerment master and transformational leadership mentor and for visionary women who know they are born to help usher in a new paradigm of feminine leadership.
She is deeply committed to re-awakening the hidden power of their unique “HeartVoice” so they can deliver their messages from a place of magnetic presence, attract their right clients with ease and unite with other leaders in modeling an inside/out paradigm of feminine leadership.
At 38, Pamela was a farm woman and mother of two young boys when she stumbled on a way to heal her blocked voice and chronic illness naturally by shifting the feminine and masculine energies in her body while immersing herself in nature and singing in the resonant chamber of an abandoned grain silo.
When her voice came to life, Pamela’s illness disappeared. Inspired by her success, she founded Wheatfields, an experiential natural arts learning center on a 90 acre farm with a mission to reconnect people and nature that gained regional recognition and impacted thousands of children and families for over a decade.
That visibility led to Pamela becoming an award-winning singer-songwriter, (even though she had not sung in 20 years) and having the opportunity to work for several years as a researcher for a cutting-edge company in the emerging field of sound and music therapy.
Recently, Pamela completed a deep-immersion research experiment in the remote mountains of North Carolina where she built and lived in a primitive treehouse for two-and-a-half years developing her leadership programs and retreats for women entrepreneurs from around the world.
Pamela now lives in a 1910 carriage house in the historic village of Crescent Hill, Kentucky near her aging parents. Her first book: She Leads From the Heart! : The Essential INNER Business Guide for the Visionary Women Entrepreneur is due out later this year.
